Monthly Archives: January 2016

Movie with SVC – Tonight!

WHAT: Monthly Susquehanna Valley Conservatives Public Meeting

WHEN: Monday January 11, 2016 at 7:00 PM

WHERE: Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church – Bull Run Crossing (Between Rts 45 and 192) just west of Lewisburg .

NOTE: THE FILM WILL NOT BE SHOWN AT THE CAMPUS THEATER IN LEWISBURG AS WAS ORIGINALLY ANNOUNCED. The theater initially rejected showing the film and allowing Michael Geer to speak due to concerns about “religious or political” content. The Campus did eventually relent and give permission for Susquehanna Valley Conservatives to show the film and have Mr Geer speak; however by the time they reached that decision we had already made arrangements with the church.

We will be showing the film “3801 Lancaster: American Tragedy”. This 56 minute documentary details the horrific story of abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell.

Following the film, Michael Geer (Pennsylvania Family Institute) will discuss abortion in the United States.

We will be asking for a free-will donation – proceeds to be distributed between 2 local women’s resource centers – Expectations Women’s Center (Lewisburg) and Birthright (Sunbury).

The topic of this film transcends politics and ideology. It is a moral issue. It is about the same horrific crime repeated thousands of times over many years. It tells the story of Dr. Kermit Gosnell; perhaps America’s most prolific serial killer. Dr. Gosnell is now incarcerated for the abortion/murder of tens of thousands of babies at his ‘clinic’ in the Philadelphia area.

Mark Your Calendars with these dates for future Susquehanna Valley Conservatives meetings:

Monday February 8, 2016 – William Federer will compare the present situation in the United States to the Roman Empire

Monday Mar 14, 2016 – State Representative Rick Saccone – ‘In God We Trust’

Monday Apr 11, 2016 – TBD   Monday May 9, 2016 – TBD

All Susquehanna Valley Conservatives meetings are free and open to the public. All points of view are welcome.
