May’s Upcoming Meeting

Susquehanna Valley Conservatives will host Refugee Resettlement Watch blogger Ann Corcoran; the ‘go-to’ resource on the internet for anyone wishing to understand the UN / U S government initiative to “change” cities large and small across 49 states.  This immigration program, while legal, is in desperate need of reform.  Mrs. Corcoran also reports on refugee and asylum seeker problems world-wide with a special concern for what is happening to Europe as migrants from the Middle East and Africa flood European countries.

Under current U. S. administration immigration policies, how are refugees selected, who decides which refugees and how many come to the U S, as well as where they are placed and who pays the bills for them? What is the collaboration among the UN, U.S. government, local charities, and churches that puts     local communities on the receiving end of refugee resettlement?  This presentation is a critical and timely look at a program whose impact is increasingly affecting American society all across our nation.

When: Monday May 11 at 7:00 PM
